Fedora 7 (Moonshine) was released on May 31, 2007, it was preceded by version 6, and was available for personal computers. 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x86-64) versions are available to Fedora 7. Compared to the previous Fedora release, this version includes many new changes, updates and features, such as GNOME 2.18, KDE 3.5, Linux Kernel 2.6.21, OpenOffice.org 2.2, Firefox browser 2.0, new theme, Drop ‘Core’ from the name and introduce a new OS build system, Fast user switching, and more.
